1. Return Conditions
We accept returns in these cases:
- Damaged in transit — report within 7 days of delivery
- Wrong item — incorrect model, color, or order
- Manufacturing defect — within warranty period
- Not functioning as specified — requires engineer verification
Non-Returnable Items
- Used products or opened seals (unless defective)
- Damage from misuse
- Custom/special order items
- Opened single-use items
- Claims reported after 7 days of delivery
2. Return Process
- Contact us — via [email protected] or 097-924-8854 within 7 days
- Provide info — order number, items, reason, photos (if applicable)
- Await approval — response within 3 business days
- Ship back — in original packaging
- Inspection — engineer review within 7 business days
- Refund — to your original payment method

- Return shipping paid by us if it's our fault
- Original shipping not refunded except for transit damage

4. Order Cancellation
- Before shipment — full cancellation
- After shipment — treated as return
- Custom orders — non-cancellable once production begins
5. Exchanges
We gladly exchange wrong items or defective products at no extra cost.
